Sunset Maui Goat Yoga Class for 2 - Kula, HI

Enjoy beautiful views of Maui's breathtaking coastline and relish the psychological benefits of animal-assisted therapy with sunset goat yoga. Maui Goat Yoga is much more than just a yoga class. It'll allow you to remove yourselves from day-to-day stress and focus on optimistic thoughts and feelings. It's about health, wellness, smiles...and goats! These miniature goats are very friendly and love to cuddle and play both during and after class. There is a 5-10 minute introduction of the goats and guidance on goat etiquette. Then, you'll have a 30-40 minute yoga class. The rest of this experience is goat therapy and playtime. The class is geared for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
