Yoga with Miniature Goats for 2 - Kula, HI

Enjoy beautiful views of Maui's breathtaking coastline and relish the psychological benefits of animal-assisted therapy. Couples will practice yoga with friendly miniature goats while challenging their physical and mental capacity. It allows couples to remove themselves from stress and focus on optimistic thoughts and feelings. There is a 5 to 10-minute introduction to the goats and "goat etiquette (goat awareness/behavior)." Then, couples will have a 30 to 40-minute yoga class/therapy. The rest of the experience is goat therapy/playtime. These classes are geared for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
